Day three was somewhat of whirlwind of me morphing from my day job to my blogger personality during my lunch. Getting to the tents in a cab is a piece of cake. Trying to get a cab away from the tents is a feat in itself. I was blessed with the opportunity to attend the W118 by Walter Baker presentation at Lincoln Center thanks to www.mylifeonandofftheguestlist.com . The collection was filled with bright colors, mixed materials, and fabulous accessories. See my full coverage here.

Later that day after work I hopped downtown on train to attend the Yuna Yang presentation held at the NASDAQ Market Site at Times Square. I love that this city is so diverse and busy all over and that there are many places for designers to showcase their work. Here are a few select pieces I particularly liked from the collection:

Peplum is really hot right now, so to have the peplum shape accented by lace is just icing on the cake.

More lace and delicate palettes.

I loved the bottom of the dress on the left!
Lastly, British designer Misha Vaidya of the By Misha line held her presentation at Alvin Ailey Studios. The overall feel of the collection was very fairy-like and dainty. The PR was gracious enough to send over the presentation images (because sometimes, you can’t be in two places at once, or within an hour). I loved the looks. They were beautiful, colorful and chock full of femininity.
