Back when I took the nails inc. nail art workshop (that’s a mouthful) head of product development for the company Heather told us that this was the infamous color worn by Beyonce after she gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy. I love it so much, and it has to be one of the most brilliant royal blue hues to ever be made into a nail polish.
